Standard menu pre-orders: 3–5 days. Custom orders and The Witching Hour Tea: at least 2–4 weeks. Weddings: as early as possible — ideally 3 months or more to allow time for design consultation and scheduling. Get in touch early and we'll let you know what's available.

Weddings and The Witching Hour Tea: 50% non-refundable deposit at booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before your event. Custom orders under $150: full payment upfront.

Yes. Local (0–15 km) $15 · Metro Brisbane (15–40 km) $30 · Outer (40–70 km) $50. Minimum order of $60 for delivery — below that, pickup only. Beyond 70 km is available for wedding and Witching Hour Tea bookings by quote.

Everything is baked from scratch in our kitchen — we bake and decorate. We take pride in both, because they're distinct skills and the combination is what makes the difference.

Yes — vegan-friendly versions are available across the menu. Other dietary requirements are handled on a per-order basis. Let us know when you enquire and we'll work with you.

Absolutely. All wedding packages and custom orders are designed in collaboration with you. Bring your theme, palette, and any specific ideas — we'll build around them. For custom orders outside the standard menu, we'll provide a quote.
